Does this work on pet hair on low-pile rugs?
Yes, with 26,000Pa suction it pulls pet hair from low-pile rugs and hard floors very well. For high-pile or shag rugs, use manual mode to avoid excess drag.
What does “touchless automatic dustpan” mean?
You wave the vacuum head above the canister lid, and a sensor activates suction – no need to step on a pedal or bend down. It automatically sweeps debris into the bagged compartment.
How often do I need to replace the dust bag?
For average daily use (pet hair + dust), every 2–3 months. Heavy salon hair can be ~1.5 months. The “Up to 3-Month no cleaning” means you rarely touch dirt.
Is it bagless or bagged?
Bagged design – with replaceable dust bags. This is better for allergies because you seal and toss the bag without a cloud of dust.
Can I use it for wet spills?
No, dry debris only (pet hair, crumbs, dust, salon clippings). Wet contents will ruin the bag and motor.
